Distance Sales Agreement

Buyer: The natural or legal person who enters their details during payment. The Buyer's trade name or full name, tax ID (VKN) or Turkish ID number (TCKN), address and email address appear in the order summary.
2. Subject
This agreement governs the rights and obligations relating to the sale and performance of the TekPilot subscription service that the Buyer purchases electronically through tekpilot.ai. The selected plan, its period, limits and price are shown in the order summary on the payment page. The order summary, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy form part of this agreement.
3. Price and payment
- The total price including VAT is shown in the order summary before the payment is confirmed.
- Payment is made by card on iyzico's secure payment page. Card details do not reach the Seller.
- The subscription renews from the same card at the start of each period until it is cancelled. We remind you of the renewal price by email before the period begins.
- The invoice is issued electronically after payment and sent to your email address.
4. Performance
The service is activated in the Buyer's account immediately after the payment is confirmed and is performed instantly in electronic form. There is no physical delivery.
5. Right of withdrawal
- If the Buyer purchases the service for commercial or professional purposes, the purchase falls outside the scope of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection (6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun) and there is no right of withdrawal.
- If the Buyer is a consumer: pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği), for services performed instantly in electronic form, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once performance has begun with the Buyer's approval. By ticking the approval box on the payment page, the Buyer agrees that the service starts immediately.
- In either case, the subscription can be cancelled at any time; the conditions are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Terms.
6. Complaints and disputes
You can send your complaints to info@divara.com.tr. Consumer Buyers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemeleri) above those limits. For disputes with merchant Buyers, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Elazığ (Elazığ Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri) have jurisdiction.
7. Entry into force
This agreement is concluded when the Buyer approves it on the payment page and completes the payment. The approved text and the order summary are sent to the Buyer's email address and kept in the Buyer's account.
